Individual Psychotherapy
(310) 415-3124

Though our journey through life can offer wonderful opportunities, sometimes we go through periods in which we feel depressed, anxious, sad, worried, angry and alienated.  The care and expertise of a compassionate therapist can provide the needed support to deal with these feelings and experiences.
Together, my clients and I partner to address their specific issues with the goal of resolving past wounds and developing internal resources to cope with life’s adversities. I teach practical skills to calm negative or anxious thoughts, transform difficult emotions, and foster greater self-acceptance. Actual life problems are addressed both through gaining awareness and learning specific problem-solving skills. This work can lead to new perspectives on difficult issues, allowing hope to enter and ultimately offering more positive experiences in life.
